Why did my Google reviews disappear?

Almost always Google's spam filter rather than the customer deleting anything. Reviews get pulled when several arrive in a short window, when they come from the same network or device, when the reviewer has no other review history, when the text repeats phrasing from your other reviews, or when the profile itself went through a suspension or a merge.

Can deleted Google reviews be recovered?

Filtered reviews often can, because they still exist and have simply been hidden. Reviews the customer deleted themselves are gone and cannot be restored by anyone. We check which of the two you are dealing with before taking the work on.

I asked customers to leave reviews and they all vanished. What happened?

This is the most common version we see. A batch of reviews arriving on the same day, especially from a tablet in your shop or from people on your office wifi, looks exactly like review manufacturing to an automated filter. The reviews are genuine and the filter still takes them. Spacing requests out and letting people review from their own phones on their own connection avoids it.

How long does recovery take?

Cases with a clear filtering explanation often resolve in one to three weeks. Reviews lost during a suspension usually return with the listing itself when the reinstatement completes.

Will they come back with the original dates?

Yes. A reinstated review returns with its original date and text intact and counts toward your rating again as it did before.
