A consultation about a Google Business Profile

Book a Google Business Profile Consultation

Book 30 minutes with someone who works on Google Business Profile problems every day, for $100, using the form further down this page. Bring a suspension, a verification that keeps failing, a review you want gone, or a profile that is live and still invisible. If what you need is a reinstatement, that has its own form and the first conversation about it is free.

When a paid consultation is the right call

Most people who contact us have one specific thing broken, and that does not need a paid session. We will quote the job and there is no charge for working out what it is.

The consultation is for the other situation: you want to understand what is going on, decide between options, or sanity-check a plan before spending money on it. Agencies book these to get a second opinion on a client's listing. Owners book them before making profile changes they cannot undo. Both are a better use of 30 minutes than a sales call.

Send your listing link when you book. We will have looked at it before the call starts.

What we can cover

Bring one thing or a list. It is your half hour.

  1. Suspensions

Why it happened, whether it is recoverable, and what the appeal would need. Useful even if you plan to file it yourself.

  2. Verification

Which method fits your setup and what a passing attempt has to contain, before you burn another try.

  3. Profile optimization

What is capping your visibility. Usually the primary category, occasionally something stranger.

  4. Reviews

Whether a specific review is removable, and what to do about the ones that are not.

  5. Local strategy

Where to spend next when the profile is healthy and you want more from it.

  6. Anything adjacent

Ads suspensions, listing hijacking, duplicate listings. If it touches Google and your business, bring it.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What does the consultation cost?
$100 for 30 minutes. Request a time with the form on this page and we invoice once the session is confirmed.
Do I need a consultation to hire you for a reinstatement?
No. Reinstatement has its own intake form and its own pricing, and there is no charge for the initial conversation about it. The paid consultation is for people who want strategy time rather than a specific job done.
What if my problem turns out to be something you handle as a service?
We will tell you that during the call and quote it. The consultation is advice; you are never obliged to buy anything after it.
Can you look at my profile before the call?
Yes, and it makes the 30 minutes considerably more useful. Send the business name and the listing link with your request.
